NEW at OptiMYZ Live! This year OptiMYz Live Health Expo is offering a number of Boot Camps & Workshops throughout the weekend. Below is a schedule and descriptions of the types of boot camps and works being offered. Pre-Registrations is required for all boot camps and workshops:

The Ultimate Workout with Royce Gracie

This two-hour session with legendary Ultimate Fighting Champion Royce Gracie includes stand-up and ground self-defense techniques and how to apply chokes and arm locks.

All skill levels accepted, no special equipment required Pre-Registration required, participants fee is $60 +HST/person, limited space available

Mind-Body Boot Camp with Kim Kraushar

This exciting new class combines the high-intensity boot camp structure with the intelligence of pilates-based exercises using a variety of fun fitness props. Get your heart pumping while you challenge strength, flexibility and balance. All equipment will be provided for participants
